Saturday is a Rugby Day.
Jan 2, 2008 This is a bit of a change from the 'hard hitting' rugby highlights, but I couldn't resist! There were a few things that I liked about this one ... rugby in the rain and Twizzlers are two! I don't know 'hollishillis', the YouTube video producer, but she's 18 and her Dad is a rugby coach. She could easily be a PW guy's daughter. I'll never make my daughter sit in the rain and watch a rugby game :-). |

Dec 11, 2007 www.zimsevensrugby.com presents a Highlights package from Zimbabwe's matches at the Dubai Sevens tournament. Fantastic tries from Hondo, Mbanje, et al with a great display taking them to the finals of the bowl tournament. Having beaten France convincingly on the first match of day 1, Zimbabwe lost to a strong England team but took Scotland to the wire in an exciting final match of the first day. The second day had two convincing victories over fellow Africans Kenya and Tunisia before going down to a tough, experienced Argentinian outfit in a final played practically underwater. |

He is stopped in his tracks by William Ryder. The Islanders start their counter attack and throw the ball to Serevi. The precision of Daniel Carter, not just with the conversion shown, but with that immaculate pass is something special. This is from the same game as that Nonu shoulder on Henson, at Cardiff in 2004. The Haka
Dec 3, 2007 I think the All Black Haka is just about the coolest thing I've ever experienced as a rugby player. Playing in Bermuda for Team America gave me the opportunity to play against countries like New Zealand, Australia and South Africa. The fun of it was that we were able to assemble a pretty darn good team every year! But the Haka ... I stood across the field three times lining up for the US team ... it was very cool - chilling and a once in a life time (3x) experience! Enjoy the Haka! |
