US Eagle Matt Wyatt has his PWRFC Home Coming - Memorial Hall Fairmount Park - Philadelphia, PA - October 9, 2004
The separation started with a farewell send-off at the Great American Pub in Conshohocken following a Thursday PW practice. We all said our good-byes to Matt Wyatt gave him pat on the back, told him we are behind you - we know you have it - see you when you get back.
Now Matt's back, after a long time away from his hometown that started with a season playing across the pond followed by committing to play for a west coast team and many travel commitments on his elevation to US Eagle playing status. P-W followed Matt's elevation over the past couple years anticipating him reaching all his goals.
Many of you saw Matt on his trip to the 2003 Rugby World Cup in Australia as you watched the US Eagles. Some of you may have seen him last July in East Hartford when the US Eagles played an extremely exciting match vs France.
Now see Matt back at his home pitch for the first time playing against the Maryland Exiles.
Please Join Philadelphia -Whitemarsh and welcome back home US Eagle Matt Wyatt who has not worn the Blue and Red on our home field in a few years.
