Emergency Contact
If you need to reach me due to any unexpected occurrence, my cell is 609-206-3519. Can each team send me their key contact with cell phone for my use? So far, I have received this for VRU U23 Women only.
Referees and TJs

Match Rules
1. Each match shall be two (2) forty (40) minutes halves. Ties will be broken by playing 10 minute sudden death overtime periods until their is a score.
2. Since the primary purpose of this event is to showcase players for the MARFU coaches, we will continue to allow an unlimited number of substitutions, to insure all players get a chance to demonstrate their on-field abilities. However, once a player is replaced (unless for bleeding), he or she may not return to the same match (unless it is a front row player required for safety purposes).
Pairings
By agreement, EPRU "1" and EPRU "2" for the Women and PRU "Red" and PRU "Blue" for the Men, regardless of Saturday's outcome, will not be paired together on Sunday.
Code of Conduct
MARFU expects all teams and team members to abide by the following code of conduct:
Players, coaches and other team officials who represent their teams are ambassadors of their club, Local Area Union, Territory and USA Rugby, as well as of the game of rugby in general. As such, each player and official is expected to be on good, responsible behavior at all times, both on and off the field.
Players, coaches and other team officials should not tolerate obnoxious, impolite, or antisocial behavior of any sort that would adversely affect the image of the game as a serious and disciplined athletic endeavor. This includes verbal abuse of opponents by players or their supporters
A member, player, coach or other official of a club must not before, during or after a match under the jurisdiction of an affiliated Union threaten or address a referee or touch judge in insulting terms, or act in a provocative manner towards a referee or touch judge.
Referees and touch judges must likewise treat players, coaches and other team officials with equal respect.

Medical Services
Dr. Bud Frick is the head of our medical services team. In addition, ATCs Erin Marshall and Edward Stier will be providing support thanks to the financial support of the EPRU. All players who require pre-match taping can see of one the ATCs and should bring their own taping supplies for their use. There will be a medical service area (covered) for their use.
Medical/Surgical Care/Emergency Treatment & Personal Medical Information needs to be completed by each playerThis form is to be kept by each team's coach or manager and have available for emergency use if needed. This form is especially important for All-Stars since some LAUs may have only 1 player from a certain school that no one knows anything about...like family contact info.
Note: If any team is bringing their own qualified medical personnel (physician, ATC, etc.), they must introduce themselves to myself and our medical staff prior to your match.
Drinking Water for Players
As a courtesy and convenience to the players and teams, the Philadelphia Whitemarsh RFC will provide a few free cases of bottled drink water for each team.
