The spring of 1991 saw the club tour the Cayman Islands. The tour started with Cayman RFC serving jalapeno/tequila chili and secret Cayman punch. This may of had something to do with the club's loss the next day 20 - 4. Two days later we went on to beat the host 19 - 0. The tour will be long remembered, especially by Tom Sarisky who put a few too many bottles of Dom Perignon on his credit card. The summer of 1991 brought another win at the Bethlehem sevens but it was not a qualifier and the club did not win another tournament and did not make the ERU championships. Rob Farley was selected for the USA Eagles 1991 World Cup team. He had already had a busy year having earned caps against Canada, Japan and Scotland. Steve Rae and John Flamish were selected to the USA Rugby sevens team. Keith Cassidy, James Keller and Marcus Maffei represented the ERU on tour in Zimbabwe. Al Little was the ERU coach. The fall of 91 saw the club lose the EPRU 1st division Championship to Bethlehem. The club made the play offs as a wild card beating Manhattan, however losing in the semi-finals.
