Philadelphia Whitemarsh Club Officers - Team Manager

Goals:
  1. Provide organizational management support to the PWRFC captains and coaches in all aspects regarding activities leading up to, during, and after matches.
  2. Provide the PWRFC Executive Committee with organizational representation in support of the players on the field.

Duties:

  1. Supervise preparations for hosting home matches to include:
    1. Coordination with Match Secretary for matches, kick-off times, and referees
    2. Coordination with Field Chairman for pitch preparation and tear-down
    3. Coordination with Clubhouse Manager and Bar Chairman for post-match functions
  2. Supervise preparations for travel involved in away matches to include:
    1. Coordination with Match Secretary for matches and kick-off times
    2. Arrange travel and transportation as needed
    3. Arrange lodging as needed
  3. General:
    1. Coordinate issue and cleaning of jerseys for matches
    2. Insure adequate logistical support and material are provided for players
    3. Insure proper PWRFC kit items are available for players
    4. Coordinate available medical support
